Emily Gonzales

Emily Gonzales was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and later moved to Dallas to attend Dallas Baptist University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in business. During her time at DBU, she was introduced to Fielder Church and quickly found a spiritual home that deeply shaped her walk with Christ.

She has had many opportunities to grow in missional living, including spending several summers and trips overseas. Over the past three years at Fielder, Emily has enjoyed serving on the Connect Team, working on staff in the student ministry for a season, and deepening her discipline of prayer.

Emily and her husband, Isaiah, were married this August, and together they are excited to participate in the Send Residency as they prayerfully discern where God is calling them long-term. Emily looks forward to growing in her understanding of global missions and being equipped to faithfully live on mission—both in her neighborhood and to the nations.
