Mission Logistics Coordinator

 

Fielder Church is searching for a part-time Missions Logistics Coordinator.

The Missions Logistics Coordinator is responsible for developing an engagement strategy for mission trip participation and putting vision into action through strategy, structure, and systems development. Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure all aspects of Mission Trips are planned out and implemented.  
  • Assist with financial aspects of Mission trips and mid-term mission expanders.  
  • Work with Associate Mobilization Pastor to come alongside trip leaders and apprentice leaders to ensure health, effectiveness, and potential goers from each mission trip team.   
  • Connect with and assist in maintaining relationships with strategic partners both nationally and abroad to coordinate trips and connect potential mission expanders.  
  • Assist in recruiting for Mission Trip opportunities through connections and promotional materials.  
  • Plan and implement recruiting and engagement with potential mission expanders and Seminary students and faculty at events and other opportunities.   
  • Assist in planning and implementing the Send Residency program logistics.   

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or equivalent experience. 
  • One to three years of Logistical experience.  
  • One to three years of Missions or church planting experience.

Missions Administrative Assistant

Fielder Church is searching for a full-time Missions Administrative Assistant this position is responsible for the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Missions Ministry. This is a fantastic position for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the organization and responsibilities of the Missions Pastor by scheduling meetings, maintaining a calendar, assisting with email management, and project management of tasks assigned by the Mission Pastor.  
  • Coordinate communication both inside and outside the organization including a monthly newsletter, regular social media updates, managing print pieces, maintaining the missions webpage, and coordinating storytelling and promotion for the various missional efforts.  
  • Administer the mission team budget to ensure that resources are received, mobilized, and reconciled effectively and accurately to support partners, coordinate trip payments, process individual gifts toward missional efforts and maintain financial software that coordinates all missional receivable accounts including submitting any purchase orders, check requests, credit card submissions, and reimbursements in a timely manner. 
  • Coordinate special events by scheduling in calendaring database, completing room set ups, ordering supplies, compiling registrations, sending correspondence, and purchasing catering. 
  • Provide administrative support by greeting guests, answering telephone calls, checking voice mails, receiving ministry correspondence, and maintaining and ordering ministry supplies. 
  • Ensure multiple databases are maintained by inputting information, running regular reports, preparing correspondence, and assisting ministers as needed.  

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 
  • One to three years of AA experience.  
  • One to three years of Missions or church planting experience.

Send Resident

Are you called to devote you life to the mission of God?

We believe that it is our responsibility and privilege to train up leaders who will be sent out to expand the mission of God in other places as missionaries, church planters, mobilizers, and church planting teams.

The SEND Residency is a 9-month program set in a vibrant, intentional learning environment, to grow residents as disciples who understand their role in participating in the expansion of the mission of God.

An ideal candidate is one who is experiencing a call to devote their lives to the mission of God and has a desire to learn and grow from a gospel-centered, multi-ethnic, missional sending, multiplying church. Fielder Church pastors and staff will invest in these future mission expanders by equipping them through learning cohorts, hands-on ministry, leadership development, and missional experience.

Commitment:

Send Residents will be considered Fielder Staff with a less than 30-hour work week. Approximately half of residents’ time (12 hours per week) will be focused on serving in a ministry area. Applicants will have an opportunity to choose one of the following ministry areas: Children, Students, College, Missions, Discipleship, Worship, or Communications to gain hands-on experience. In the application, residents will specify if there is a particular area of interest or if there are certain skills that are helpful in a ministry area. The other half of the residents’ time will be split into 4 categories:

  • Meeting as a group for learning and mentorship
  • Engaging the local community
  • Coordinating and serving at outreach and mobilization events
  • Serving on Sunday mornings

Children's Ministry

We have a lot of fun as we build a gospel centered foundation for children to belong, believe & become more like Jesus!

As a Fielder Children’s Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the Children’s pastor and staff to plan and implement the children’s ministry vision strategy to partner with families, children and leaders building a gospel centered foundation to belong, believe and become like Jesus.

Responsibilities include creating fun, gospel focused large group environments for Sunday mornings, Wednesday night activities and special events. This includes but not limited to connecting with kids in the community, pursuing first time and returning guests, celebrating differences, and working with kids from hard places to ensure that every child is known. This position will include coaching and mentoring from the Children’s pastor and other ministry leaders to equip and empower you for children’s ministry.

Passionate about pointing people to Jesus?

As a Fielder Worship Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the Worship team at Fielder Church as we plan and execute weekend services to reach our local community at each of our campuses, our online community, as well as assist ministry areas within the church. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to plan, communicate, and execute plans for the weekend services and digital services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a worship ministry with the focus of “Pointing People to Jesus”. Be a visual storyteller for Fielder Church!

As a Fielder Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the Communications team at Fielder Church as we serve each ministry area within the church, as well as communicate externally to reach those in the community. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the production process for different digital platforms, develop strategic planning for various social media platforms, and assist in managing multiple social media accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving church as we promote an audacious vision & reach people in our community with the gospel. Fielder is a multi-ethnic, bilingual, multi-site church. This internship is designed to help individuals preparing for leadership or work in some area of communications through serving in a gospel-centered church to build skills necessary for serving the body of Christ. 

Preferred Hours: 10 hours. Sunday Morning during service. Flexible during the week.

Compensation: Unpaid  

Learning Opportunities 

  • Target Audience: Bilingual, multiethnic, socioeconomically diverse, all ages. Looking to reach and engage the church and community with the gospel.
  • Work with all ministries in Fielder Church to celebrate & announce what they’re doing.
  • Social media strategy and management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

  • Social media trends & evergreen content 
  • Planning IG Reels & YT Shorts
  • Create TikToks
  • Graphic design (Canva)
  • Event planning and promotion 
  • Marketing research and strategy 
  • Create social media mini-series to digitally shepherd the church.

Qualifications: 

  • Agree in entirety with the Fielder Church statement of faith and 2026 vision. Have a personal relationship with Jesus and eager to share the gospel. 
  • We are looking for high performing students with strong initiative, a creative mindset, an ability to work well independently and in teams, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. For work in some areas, such as video editing, interns should be able to demonstrate some proficiency in the technical skills that will be required.
