Fielder Church is seeking a skilled and passionate part-time Chapel Worship Leader for our traditional service. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading a choir and orchestra while creating an atmosphere of reverence, worship, and unity as we worship the King Jesus. This position will require excellent musical abilities, strong leadership skills, orchestral conducting skills, and a deep understanding of various worship styles.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead Choir and Orchestra:
- Lead and direct the choir and orchestra during worship services, special events, and seasonal celebrations.
- Conduct rehearsals for the choir and orchestra, ensuring musical and vocal excellence.
- Build and develop a dynamic, multicultural choir and orchestra team.
Worship Leadership:
- Lead congregational worship in a way that encourages active participation and connection with God.

Plan and Coordinate Worship Services:

Fielder Church is a bilingual, multiethnic, socioeconomically diverse church that pursues imperfect people and celebrates differences looking to reach and engage the church and the community with the gospel.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, edit and/or re-write curriculum to meet the vision of the ministry in partnership with the Children’s Pastor.
- Creatively plan and implement curriculum that teaches the gospel to our children and makes each week engaging and memorable.
- Partner with the Children’s campus pastors to discuss contextualization of weekly curriculum and resources needs are met.
- Assess the effectiveness of Children’s curriculum through feedback from children’s staff at all campus locations, volunteers, and observation.
- Build, run, and equip weekly prep teams to ensure successful completion of necessary tasks and materials needed to facilitate Sunday and Wednesday night programming. This includes:
- Create and upload weekly ProPresenter slides for our Hyfi Curriculum.
- Create and upload weekly Playlister slides for our Sunday morning preschool curriculum.
- Create and upload weekly ProPresenter slides for New City Catechism for our Weds night programming.
- Set up the weekly Planning Center schedules and attach media resources for all campuses.
- Upload weekly digital resource content on to our social media platforms.
- Recruit, train, and schedule curriculum prep for volunteers.
- Will work closely as the liaison between the Children’s Pastor and resource volunteer leads.
- Provide check-in support at all campuses, when needed.
- Participate in special seasonal events.

Fielder Church is seeking a creative and dynamic Full-time Social Media Manager. He/she will serve on the Communications Team and manage all English & Spanish social media accounts.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (5 English & 3 Spanish) and 5 Google Business Pages. Fielder Church & Iglesia Fielder social media accounts have 17.5k followers/subscribers and reach 100,000 people monthly. The successful candidate will work closely with the Communications Director and Video Producers and will be responsible for data analytics, marketing, and brand management on all social platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the church’s mission and values.
- Create and publish engaging social media content that will reach and connect with our target audience.
- Monitor and track the performance of all social media accounts using analytics tools, and use this data to improve the effectiveness of the social media strategy.
- Respond to comments and messages across all social media accounts and google business pages in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes on all social media platforms, and apply these insights to improve engagement and reach.

Fielder Church is seeking a full-time Sending and Planting Pastor/Director.
Fielder Church has a strong vision rooted in the gospel. Our intention is for the Sending and Planting Pastor to serve on the Missions Team and work to advance the missional vision of Fielder by catalyzing the church body to plant churches, send missionaries, and mobilize generosity resources.

We believe that it is our responsibility and privilege to train up leaders who will be sent out to expand the mission of God in other places as missionaries, church planters, mobilizers, and church planting teams.
The SEND Residency is a 9-month program set in a vibrant, intentional learning environment, to grow residents as disciples who understand their role in participating in the expansion of the mission of God.
An ideal candidate is one who is experiencing a call to devote their lives to the mission of God and has a desire to learn and grow from a gospel-centered, multi-ethnic, missional sending, multiplying church. Fielder Church pastors and staff will invest in these future mission expanders by equipping them through learning cohorts, hands-on ministry, leadership development, and missional experience.
Commitment:
Send Residents will be considered Fielder Staff with a less than 30-hour work week. Approximately half of residents’ time (12 hours per week) will be focused on serving in a ministry area. Applicants will have an opportunity to choose one of the following ministry areas: Children, Students, College, Missions, Discipleship, Worship, or Communications to gain hands-on experience. In the application, residents will specify if there is a particular area of interest or if there are certain skills that are helpful in a ministry area. The other half of the residents’ time will be split into 4 categories:
- Meeting as a group for learning and mentorship
- Engaging the local community
- Coordinating and serving at outreach and mobilization events

As a Fielder Worship Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the Worship team at Fielder Church as we plan and execute weekend services to reach our local community at each of our campuses, our online community, as well as assist ministry areas within the church. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to plan, communicate, and execute plans for the weekend services and digital services. In addition, you’ll learn about the roles and responsibilities of our Tech Arts Team (i.e. audio, camera, lighting, ProPresenter, producers, social media, creative arts, and more).

We are looking for students & young adults eager to be a part of expanding the kingdom of God through missional efforts who are also gifted and available to help expand and maintain our social media, digital media, and communication platforms.
As a Fielder Church Missions and Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the missions team as well as the communications teams at Fielder Church as you serve a ministry area within the church, as well as communicate externally to reach and educate those in the community and around the world. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the production of video stories, graphic design, digital platforms, creative arts, website, social media, and others.
