I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I grew up being very involved in my home church and loved serving in different ministries. I never wanted to miss a Sunday morning serving with my friends but realized in high school that my relationship with the Lord was solely based on my social life at church. The Lord showed me that putting my faith fully in Him was something far greater than what I was experiencing. In my sophomore year of high school, I began pursuing a personal relationship with the Lord and He has been continually faithful to teach me more about who He is.
I moved to Arlington in the fall of 2017 to attend the University of Texas at Arlington. I began attending Fielder my sophomore year and became involved in the student ministry my junior year. Following my junior year at UTA, I transferred to Belmont University where I graduated this May with a degree in Spanish. In Summer of 2021, I came back to Fielder to intern in the student ministry, and during this time the Lord provided in magnificent ways. He opened my eyes to the truth that His ways are higher and greater than mine! His desires for my life far outweigh the plans I can make on my own!
I am beyond excited for the opportunity to work in the student ministry as the Girls Pastor and get to witness the incredible ways the Lord is continuing to move in this church and in the lives of these students!
