Addy Lopez

Addy has been part of Fielder Church since 2019. With a background in psychology and nearly a decade at American Airlines—most recently in talent planning—she developed a deep passion for equipping and mobilizing people for career growth. In 2022, Addy felt the Lord’s call to step away from the corporate world to use those same gifts to serve the local church.

She joined Fielder staff in 2023 and serves with a heart to create pathways for spiritual growth for new and long-time believers. While God has given her a love for the people of Japan, she knows God has her in the North American church to see believers equipped to fulfill the ministry the Lord has called them to in the mission field the Lord has strategically placed them in. Her and her husband, Theo, live in Fort Worth while he attends Seminary at SWBTS.
