For leaders who want to grow from being a good leader, to a great leader. Applicable for both church and business leaders.

5. The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership

This book reminds me to give respect, how to build a healthy circle of counsel, how to let others grow in their leadership, and more. My biggest takeaway is learning that I’m the lid for my ministry area and business. It will grow only as far as I’m willing to grow.
