The Garden
Reflection
A regular practice for Jesus, He left the company of others to spend time with His Father.
There in the garden, the weight of what was coming fell heavy on Jesus. He knew He would soon take the punishment for all sins. Jesus was in anguish.
Jesus prayed three times asking His Father to spare Him.
In This Area
Sit prayerfully in the garden.
Think about how Jesus, though in anguish, His despair turned to resolve to fulfill His purpose on earth.
