Reflection
Sin created a vast divide that only a sacrifice could bridge.
At the moment of Jesus’ death, the curtain of the temple split in two. The death of Jesus on a sinner’s cross gave us access to a living God.
Jesus acts as our High Priest now and forever. He understands our pain to the furthest extent because He endured and suffered in our place.
In This Area
Using the paper and pens provided, write down a wrongdoing.
Take the paper and drop it in the water.
If you are a believer, know that your sins were forgiven completely when Jesus said, “It is finished.”
If you have questions about your sin and Jesus’ sacrifice, please do not leave today without talking to someone.
As you exit, there will be volunteers available to talk or pray with you if you’d like.
