Welcome to Leadership Discipleship Groups!

We want to help you pour into others so that they would become disciples who make disciples. 

There are two steps to this process. 

First, we want to help you take people from being shepherded to being shepherds. There are people in our church who are walking in faithfulness and obedience to the Lord. We want to help them not keep that to themselves but to feel the joy of teaching others how to do that as well. 

Second, we want you to help the shepherds in our church become shepherds of shepherds. That means that you help these disciple-makers develop their disciples, equip their disciples, and send their disciples so that they would be leaders themselves.
