Erick Sostre

Erick serves as the Lead Worship Shepherd at Fielder Church, providing vision and leadership for worship and technical arts teams across the church. A Texas-born Puerto Rican raised in Georgia, Erick relocated to the DFW area in 2021 and is grateful to be part of what God is doing through Fielder.

Erick came to know the Lord early in life, and his calling has been shaped by God’s consistent faithfulness and a deep love for the local church. He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and is passionate about developing leaders, building healthy teams, and ensuring that everything we do points people to Jesus.

Erick and his wife Nichole are raising their growing family in Arlington. When he’s not leading or planning, he enjoys good coffee, thoughtful books, playing just about any instrument he can get his hands on, and discovering new board games.
