My name is Gimena Monterrubio. I was born in Catamarca, Argentina and I currently live in Dallas, TX.
I’m married to Manu Monterrubio and we have two boys: Diego and Daniel.
We moved from Arlington to Grand Prairie around 2017 and we got a Fielder flyer in the mail of our new house, so we decided to give it a try.
After my kids experienced Fielder Kids. there was no turning back- they loved it! And we also experienced the multicultural diversity of the congregation and overall, the Gospel of Jesus Christ was being preached! So, that was God’s cue for us to stay at Fielder.
After a year of belonging, getting baptized, getting married, and going through a beautiful restoration season with the Lord, our Pastor at that moment spoke with us and asked me to pray about serving in the Music Ministry.
God’s plan started to take action for us to begin serving Him on the platform and I must confess that I was excited (and nervous) about it!
I got His call to serve in the new Spanish Service that was being launched that year at the Pioneer Campus and from there to now we have been more than blessed!
