Averey Wright
Guatemala
Averey attended short-term mission trips to Guatemala in high school when she felt God calling her to cross-cultural ministry. Desiring to bring a skill to the field, she earned a degree in Speech Therapy and Child Development. In addition, she gained experience serving English and Spanish speakers in home health.
In the summer of 2021, she completed a vision trip where God revealed His movement in Guatemala and His plan for Averey to be a part of it.
Averey will be serving in San Lorenzo, Guatemala, alongside Kelly and Jason Hart with Servant Harts. In addition, Averey will be filling the position of ministry assistant – focusing on speech therapy and discipleship of new moms in the program.
