Support groups at Fielder Road Baptist Church are about people sharing with people their victory through struggles. In our loving groups, you will find caring friends who know first hand that God does not work without a pattern or design.
They can testify that God has a purpose running through all circumstances and events that touch our lives. They can sympathize with your failures and struggles, but they can point you in a new direction, reassuring you that God is faithful to restore and renew your life.
DivorceCare
DivorceCare is a purposeful course to help individuals work through the issues that surround divorce. Dennis and Elizabeth Nixon lead the course and have been doing so for the past 13 years. Grief Share
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
That's the reason for Grief Share, a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.
Each Grief Share session includes a video seminar and a small-group discussion. Video sessions are designed to help you successfully travel the journey from mourning to joy.
You are welcome to begin attending the Grief Share group at any session. Each is "self contained," so that you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. You will be able to continue with Grief Share through the next 13-week session and to view any of the videos you have not seen.
