Fiedler Road has chosen a ‘church of small groups' strategy to accomplish the task of forging biblical community. This strategy is born out of the pages of Scripture. They are not an end to themselves, but rather a means to becoming, the process of being transformed - in our person and our experience with people - into the image of Jesus Christ. It is Fielder Road's desire to see every person in our church connected to a small group. Life change happens best in small groups.
