The most essential and important work that the church has been given to do by Jesus Christ is to assist men and women, boys and girls in establishing a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. There are three things Fielder Road values as our greatest missional directives - lost people matter to God, lost people matter so much that they warrant an all-out search and when lost people get found, it is cause for celebration! In all that Fiedler does, we don't ever want to lose sight of the fact that God planted us here, as His ambassadors, to perpetuate the life and mission of Jesus Christ to a world in need.
